These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website companyexpress.in and services provided by Magix Techsol India Private Limited (“CompanyExpress”). 


By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. 


Scope of Services 

CompanyExpress is a private consultancy firm offering professional assistance in business registration, compliance, and documentation. 

We: 

  • Do not represent any government authority 
  • Do not issue government certificates 
  • Facilitate professional services only; statutory approvals are issued by relevant government departments 


Client Responsibilities 

Clients agree to: 

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information 
  • Respond promptly to document and verification requests 
  • Complete all steps required on government portals (including OTPs, e-signatures, and confirmations) 

CompanyExpress shall not be liable for delays caused due to client non-compliance. 


Fees & Payments 

  • Fees charged represent professional consultancy services only 
  • Government fees, stamp duties, and statutory charges are payable separately 
  • All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise 


No Guarantee of Approval 

Approval, registration, or certification is subject to: 

  • Government rules and scrutiny 
  • Accuracy of submitted documents 
  • Authority discretion 

CompanyExpress does not guarantee approval or processing timelines. However, in case of non-approval (which is extremely rare) we undertake to refund the professional fees in it’s entirety.


Limitation of Liability 

CompanyExpress shall not be liable for: 

  • Government rejections or delays 
  • Losses arising from incorrect client information 
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the professional fee paid for the specific service. 


Intellectual Property 

All website content, trademarks, text, and designs belong to CompanyExpress and may not be reused without permission. 


Termination 

CompanyExpress reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for: 

  • Fraudulent activity 
  • Policy violations 
  • Non-cooperation or abuse Governing Law 


These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Hyderabad, India.
