Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the use of services provided by Magix Techsol India Private Limited, a private professional consultancy firm (“CompanyExpress”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Nature of Services

CompanyExpress provides professional consultancy, documentation support, and compliance assistance services related to business registrations and statutory filings. We do not issue government certificates or approvals. Government authorities process and issue all statutory documents independently.

Service Timelines

Standard processing timeline is 15–30 working days, subject to:

Receipt of complete and accurate documents from the client
Client completing all required verifications, approvals, and government portal processes
Processing timelines of relevant government authorities
Delays caused by incomplete documentation, delayed responses, rejection by authorities, or force-majeure events are excluded from timeline commitments.

Eligibility for Refund

A full refund of our professional consulting fee is applicable post 45 days from name approval, only if all the following conditions are met:

The client has:

Submitted all required documents correctly and completely
Completed all verification, approvals, and steps required from their side
The company incorporation or service could not be completed solely due to reasons attributable to CompanyExpress
Government fees, stamp duties, and third-party charges (if any) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be applicable in the following situations.

Where rejection, resubmission, or objection is raised by the relevant government authority but adequate response is not received from client to file the corrected application within reasonable timeline.
Where statutory government fees, stamp duties, or third-party charges have already been paid or incurred (such amounts are non-refundable in all cases)
Where the service cannot be completed due to changes in law, government rules, or authority requirements beyond CompanyExpress’s control.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is not permitted once the company incorporation or service application has been prepared or submitted.

Cancellation requests received before work commencement may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original bank account or payment source. No cash refunds are provided.
