We apply for MSME Registration as part of our Basic Plan. MSMEs can avail many government benefits including collateral free loans, working capital funding, business promotion govt. schemes, payment protection, etc.
INC-20A Certificate of Commencement must be filed by all New Companies within 180 Days of incorporation. It is a proof of receipt of capital by Company. Other formation services don’t include this in Formation but it is a mandatory form so we believe it is should be a part of Incorporation.
Digital Signatures are needed to sign every Company document. It is needed for all directors. DSCs cost about Rs. 1200 per DSC for 2 years. We provide 2 DSCs with Formation Services.
Note: Several other services charge upto Rs. 2000 per DSC and add it to cost to incorporation.
EPF & ESIC Numbers are applied for along with the company applications.

DSCs will be sent to you via speed post or hand delivered to your office. Alternatively, we can hold the DSCs with us for filing purposes, and we can sign as and when it is authorised by you.
Documents to be signed will be shared by email. You would have to print, sign and send us scanned copies of the same. Alternatively, we can sign these documents digitally if authorised by you.
