Additionally, other business data can be tabulated and maintained over Excel – things like interest accrued calculations, depreciation schedules, etc are better handled on Excel.
All data remains dual password protected and encrypted in our systems and we maintain utmost confidentiality. Encrypted backups are sent over email from time to time.
We will need accounting information such as details of Sales, Expenses, Capital Invested, Loans and Assets Purchased.
The numerical data can be sent to us in Excel Format.
Other information can be provided over a virtual call or by filling an information questionnaire.
The accounts will be updated weekly or bi-weekly depending on the Accounting Plan selected.
They can be discussed every month (or every 15 days if needed). The discussions can be done over Video Call with screen presentation of the accounts, detailed analysis report of business and charts.
