We use Zoho Books & Tally for most of our accounting engagements.
Additionally, other business data can be tabulated and maintained over Excel – things like interest accrued calculations, depreciation schedules, etc are better handled on Excel.
All data remains dual password protected and encrypted in our systems and we maintain utmost confidentiality. Encrypted backups are sent over email from time to time.Â
We will need accounting information such as details of Sales, Expenses, Capital Invested, Loans and Assets Purchased.
The numerical data can be sent to us in Excel Format.
Other information can be provided over a virtual call or by filling an information questionnaire.Â
The accounts will be updated weekly or bi-weekly depending on the Accounting Plan selected.
They can be discussed every month (or every 15 days if needed). The discussions can be done over Video Call with screen presentation of the accounts, detailed analysis report of business and charts.
1) Free MS Office – We provide a Free Microsoft Office 2021 installation service on upto 2 computers. Additional computers can be activated at a nominal cost.
2) Shared Premium Hosting – We offer shared premium hosting with email and cloud backup from Hostinger to all compliance clients at a nominal cost of Rs. 800 per annum. We have a limit of sharing participants to ensure speed and sufficient bandwith.
3) Startup Assist – We help our clients access various government schemes for startups – such as tax holidays, low cost funding, promotion schemes, incubation, etc.Â
We also have partnerships with investors and banks to arrange funding for businesses on a case by case basis.
We help in preparing pitch decks, project reports and financial projections needed for such funding as well.
